Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? Voyage LTC is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team and provide exceptional rehabilitation services to residents in our five homes across the Oklahoma City metro area.

Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, and activities of daily living.
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safety precautions.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution.
Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
CPR certification required.
Experience working with geriatric population and in long-term care settings preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
